  • Are your fossils real?

Yes, Morrocanfossils only sells real fossils, the reason we know it’s  because we do all the process ourselves. We work on them personally, we are a family that inherited this work and still working on it.

  • I've heard stories of fake fossils, is this true?

​

Unfortunately, there are a lot of fake fossils being sold by unscrupulous dealers as authentic, we can tell just looking at them, we can help you in case you have doubts about your fossils. If they are very low price usually they are not authentic, because of the amount of work the preparation it takes.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

​

Yes we do wholesale with pricing accordingly, we fill orders of all types of fossils on demand, large pieces, tables, sinks, plates etc. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can send it to you directly from Morocco.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

​

Yes we do. Currently most of our stock you see in the website is already in United States, so it will ship domestically in a time frame or 4 days at most.

We ship internationally and have shipped fossils to over 100 different countries. Unfortunately there are a small number of countries we can not ship to, due the very high package loss rates. These countries include, South Africa, Indonesia and India

  • Do you insure your shipments?

​

Yes we do, we also make sure to pack very well the products so you can get them in good condition. We are not responsible in case of lost in transit due to courier error but will help you to locate the goods.

  • Return & Refund Policy

​

We offer a 14 day return policy (from the date of purchase) on all items that we sell. Items may be returned if they are different of the description or if not in good condition for a refund, we will have to agree on the return so please take pictures and send and explanation email.

We cannot refund shipping costs or credit card processing fees (approximately 3%) UNLESS the return is made due to an error on our part or loss/damage during shipping. Credit card processors do not refund the fees we have paid to them when we issue a refund. Buyer will cover shipping charges for returns

Refunds or credits will be issued when the returned item has been received and inspected.
