This absolutely gorgeous decorative bowl measures 11/8,4" wide and has been completely polished to a glossy finish. It's a beautiful cream color with streaks of red-orange iron oxidation. While tests have indicated that the "onyx" from this Morocco location is actually aragonite, the term onyx has remained the common name used for this material.
 
Due to the composition of this bowl, it's safe to say it is not dishwasher safe.
